How does a booster skid control flow rate?

The flow rate can be adjusted by regulating the speed control valve installed on the control panel.

Can the booster skid stop automatically when the target pressure is reached?

Yes. The booster system can achieve automatic stop at the set pressure through a pneumatic switch. Before delivery, the shutdown pressure is preset according to the actual operating conditions.

Can the fuel filling system be used for flammable and explosive gases?

Yes. The system is fully manually operated and does not generate electric sparks, making it suitable for flammable and explosive gas applications.

How does the fuel filling system ensure safe filling and prevent overpressure?

The filling system is equipped with a pneumatic switch, which enables automatic shutdown at the preset pressure. In addition, the pipeline is fitted with a safety valve that opens in case of overpressure to ensure safe operation.

How does the pulse fatigue testing system quickly detect oil leakage in the pipeline?

The fatigue testing system is equipped with an oil collection tray at the bottom of the equipment. A leakage sensor is installed in the tray and will send an alert when oil leakage is detected.

How does the gas tightness testing system determine whether leakage occurs? What control accuracy can the system achieve?

Leakage is determined by observing whether the pressure fluctuation during the pressure-holding period meets the required criteria. The system control accuracy can reach ±1% FS.

What is the commonly used medium for a hydrostatic burst testing system?

Clean water is commonly used as the test medium.

Is the pressurization rate of the hydrostatic burst testing system controllable?

Yes. The pressurization rate is controllable. The program can automatically control the pressure ramp rate according to the volume of the gas cylinder being tested.

What measures does the fatigue testing system use to prevent overpressure?

Electrically, the system stops pressurization once the target pressure is reached and automatically opens the pressure relief valve. Mechanically, an overflow valve is installed after the pump to activate pressure relief in case of overpressure.
