The system combines hydrogen compression and refueling functions, reducing the need for intermediate storage tanks and helping lower footprint, equipment investment, and station layout complexity.
Real-Time Vehicle Data Acquisition
During refueling, the system communicates with the vehicle and reads onboard cylinder pressure and temperature data in real time to support precise and safe hydrogen filling.
Dynamic and Safe Refueling Control
The refueling rate can be dynamically adjusted to help prevent overpressure or overheating, improving refueling efficiency while protecting both the vehicle and equipment.

  3. The minimum trailer can be unloaded to 3MPa, the discharge rate is higher, saving transportation costs.
  4. Through the self-developed control system, to ensure the large and stable discharge, average flow >510Nm³/h.
  5. The compressor has pre-refueling function that will be considered based on the gas source pressure and the vehicle on-board tank pressure. It will optimize the refueling speed and energy efficiency.
