Hydrosys Foshan Supports the Promotion of 49 70MPa Hydrogen Fuel Cell Passenger Vehicles in Nanhai

Hydrosys (Foshan) Hydrogen Energy Operation Co., Ltd. (“Hydrosys Foshan”) is continuing its cooperation with the Foshan South China New Energy Vehicle Industry Promotion Center on the Nanhai “Hydrogen Vehicle Travel” hydrogen passenger vehicle promotion project.

Relying on its Danzao Hydrogen Refueling Station, Hydrosys Foshan will provide professional hydrogen refueling equipment support and related services for 49 70MPa hydrogen fuel cell vehicles operated under the project.

The Foshan South China New Energy Vehicle Industry Promotion Center is an important regional platform promoting the development of the new energy vehicle and hydrogen energy industries. It also serves as the secretariat of the South China Hydrogen Energy Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.

As the industry promotion organization, the center coordinates market-side resources and project implementation. By establishing communication and coordination mechanisms, it sets requirements for maintenance support and after-sales response among vehicle suppliers, operators, and other project participants. It also coordinates vehicle manufacturers and system suppliers to support the final project rollout.

This project marks a key step in improving the regional hydrogen infrastructure network and demonstrates strong market recognition of Hydrosys’ technical strength and service capabilities in high-pressure hydrogen refueling.

Danzao Hydrogen Refueling Station Supports 70MPa Hydrogen Vehicle Operation

The Danzao Hydrogen Refueling Station, which undertakes the refueling task for this project, successfully obtained Guangdong Province’s first “70MPa Equipment Trial Operation” qualification in May 2025, making it one of the few stations in China with this qualification.

Equipped with advanced hydrogen refueling equipment, the station has a daily refueling capacity of 650 kg, which can fully meet the daily needs of more than 100 70MPa hydrogen passenger vehicles.

As the internationally mainstream onboard hydrogen storage standard, 70MPa can significantly improve refueling efficiency and vehicle driving range. Hydrosys Foshan’s Danzao Hydrogen Refueling Station supports both 35MPa and 70MPa hydrogen refueling, with each refueling process taking only 5–7 minutes, greatly improving operational efficiency.

The implementation of this project will strongly promote the large-scale application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in South China and support the coordinated development of the regional hydrogen energy industry chain.
